The Road Less Traveled

October 10, 2012 · Nikki

In all of my rushing around the globe, I forgot to pass along the latest article I’ve written for MyFrenchLife.

Check it out, here, and get a small taste of some of the lesser-known spots I’ve scoped in this crazy country!

A bientôt! :)

Glad you liked it! Where else have you been in France? I am currently accepting all recommendations for exploration ;)

Hmm… I have to dig deep here, it’s been ages. When visiting Normandy, I also went to the beautiful village of Granville to visit the Dior museum – definitely worth a visit. And in Brittany, we used to stay in Erquy, a beautiful little town right by the sea and went (apart from Mont St. Michel) also to Dinard, a very old little village.
Later, we spent a few summer holidays in Le Lavandou at Cote d’Azur from where we took trips to Hyeres (beautiful!) and Bormes and the little island of Porquerolles.
Of course, I am not sure whether all those places are as beautiful as I remembe, but if you are in the area, you should check them out!
